According to experts, edamame beans also known as immature soybeans are green beans that were first cultivated in China 7000 years ago. ​Edamame ​Dip Recipe

Boil 1 cup edamame beans, add it to a blender along with 4 cloves garlic, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 3-5 fresh basil leaves. Now blend it all together and your fresh homemade Edamame dip is ready. Enjoy! (Image: istock)
