The recipe of Freddo Cappuccino

The classic Greek iced coffee became popular when a food blogger Carolina Gelen shared a recipe for making this simple cold Cappuccino.

To make this quick recipe, take a shaker and add in 2 shots of espresso, along with crushed ice and sugar. Keep shaking till the blend turns frothy and creamy.

Next, add a jar or glass, fill it with 3 parts of thick cream and 1 part of milk, add some vanilla essence. Using a whisker, whisk it to just shake it till the blend turns thick and foamy.

Now, take a serving glass, pour the coffee blend, add the milky foam. Make sure that all the layers of coffee are not mixed, which gives it a distinct taste.
