Strawberry and Watermelon

Shades of red on a stick, strawberry and watermelon kebabs complement each other very well. Just cut the fruit pieces into heart-shaped pieces and insert them alternatively into a kebab stick. You can also use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out the fruit pieces. Let them chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Apple and Banana

Apples and Bananas are the most basic fruits that are available round the year. Serve them in this unique way to break the monotony of your fruit-time.

Firstly, chop the apple and banana into bite-sized pieces. Now take 1 cup of hung curd in a bowl. Mix in 1 tbsp honey, jaggery powder or even stevia to sweeten the curd. Whisk it well. Now, take some granola or muesli in another bowl or plate. Insert one apple piece and one banana piece into a toothpick. Now dip it into curd and roll it into the granola mixture. Set all the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper. Slide the tray into the freezer for 10 minutes and serve.

Grilled Goodness

Watermelon and Pineapple are the two most popular fruits that can be enjoyed even after grilling. The process of grilling accentuates their flavour, which makes them the perfect item to keep on the menu for your barbeque party. Just chop the watermelon and pineapple into small chunks, insert them into skewers, marinate them using lime juice, chaat masala, salt and now just grill them on a barbeque or on a grill plate.

Now add lemon juice, powdered sugar, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt to a bowl. Mix well to coat the grapes in the sour, sweet and spicy mixture. Let the grapes chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Now just take them out and insert them on a skewer. Your Grape Kebabs are now ready to be served.
