To make this tea, take 1 cup water and boil it to perfection. Then add in 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, 2 crushed tulsi leaves and allow it to seep.

To heal an upset stomach you can brew a simple tea with tulsi leaves, lemon slices and 1 teaspoon carom seeds. To make this tea, take 3 cups of water, add 3-4 lemon slices, tulsi leaves and 1 tsp carom seeds. Brew it nicely and enjoy.

To make this simple tea, take a pan and add 2 cups of water and add 1 inch ginger grated to perfection. Strain and pour the tea. Add in a dash of honey and black pepper, this can fix bloating and discomfort.
