​Gutti Vankaya curry


This delicious and creamy recipe hails from the Andhra cuisine. This eggplant curry is made by stuffing a spiced mixture of peanuts, dry coconut and sesame seeds in the slit brinjals. Then a nice thick curry is prepared with onions, spices, ginger and garlic and to add a punch of tang tamarind extracts are added to the curry. Chemmeen Pollichathu is a delicious South Indian dish which is prepared with prawns, ginger, garlic, coconut milk, curry leaves and a melange of spices. For people who love South Indian food or seafood then, this recipe is a must try! This delicacy is made by marinating the prawns with spices, ginger garlic and chili paste. Wrapped in a banana leaf and cooked in steam for 10-15 minutes.
