Instant Oats and Paneer Dosa Recipe

Instant Oats and Paneer Dosa makes for a simple and easy dinner recipe. Made with roasted oats and paneer, it makes for filling meal that can be easily made at home. Take a look at the simplest recipe that one can try at home.

Ingredients


1 cup oats, ½ cup semolina, ¼ cup rice flour, 1/2 cup fresh paneer, ½ cup curd, 1½–2 cups water, 1 small onion, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ½ tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, and oil or ghee for cooking

Step 1


First of all, dry roast the oats on low heat until aromatic. Once done, let it cool down and blend into a fine flour.

Add this to a mixing bowl, along with semolina, rice flour, grated paneer, curd, salt, and water. Mix well.

Add water to make a smooth batter. Whisk well to make a batter of pouring consistency.

Next, add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds. Mix well and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick or dosa pan and grease it well and pour a ladle of batter to a thin dosa.

Drizzle oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until the base turns golden and crisp.

Once done, serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
