Healthy Pasta recipe
- Boil 1 cup of whole wheat pasta in sufficient water.
- Once cooked, drain all excess water.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add minced garlic and onion. Saute for a minute.
- Now add 2 cups of chopped vegetables like tomato, capsicum, zucchini, bell pepper, mushroom, corn etc.
- Adjust salt as per taste and add black pepper powder.
- Give a good toss and cook the veggies for 6-7 minutes.
- Mix the pasta with the veggies
- Cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
