She became the latest entry in the list of celebrities who turned vegetarian during the lockdown period. In her post, she mentioned how she had wanted to go vegetarian for many years, but it was difficult because of the habits. For Bhumi, it all started only after her journey as a climate warrior. She wrote, "My journey with Climate Warrior taught me a lot. It made me more compassionate towards other species and made me more humble. Eating meat just doesn't feel good anymore."

The celebrated Bollywood couple announced their plant-based meat products brand called Imagine Meats. The couple initiated this change with a purpose to safeguard the environment and leave behind a healthy planet for future generations. Malaika Arora publicly revealed that she has turned vegan when she participated in the Twinkle Khanna-led 'Dabba Challenge' on social media. In the video she admitted that being vegan makes her food options limited to very specific things. The video showed her sharing a delicious vegan dish- Zucchini Noodles in Black Pepper Sauce, for all her followers.

Deepika baked two big pizzas for her dinner date with husband Ranveer Singh during the lockdown. The Padmaavat actor took to social media to share the process of the pizza-making. And as a reaction, Ranveer shared a small clip of himself on his Instagram story, in which he was heard saying, "Aaj toh main Deepika ke haath se bane bade bade pizze khaunga (Today, I will have big pizzas made by Deepika)."
