Parsi New Year celebration and food

It's time for the Parsi New Year celebration. Also known as Navroz, the day marks the beginning of the new Iranian calendar and the celebration is incomplete without a dose of delectable Parsi cuisine, which celebrates all five kinds of tastes. On this day, the Parsi community dresses up in their traditional attire and enjoys the day with friends and family over mouth-watering delicacies.
