To make this chaat, you need boiled chickpeas combined with juicy chopped tomatoes, onions, fresh cucumber, and a sprinkle of chaat masala, salt and black pepper. Enhance the flavours with yogurt and a fresh oregano-mint chutney. Top with sev and enjoy.
