A spicy cuisine

The Middle Eastern cuisine is palatable to Indians, since they use similar techniques to make food and use similar flavourful spices. Not too far in proximity from India, it is easy for the Gulf culture to spillover into the Indian continent, and the availability of their cuisine is proof of that. One of the finest foods we have gotten from them is Shawarma, a succulent roll of meat served in flatbread, with veggies and sauces. Many places in the capital city offer a wicked plate of Shawarma, but here is a list of the best.
