Sarson saag is a popular saag recipe from North India, especially Punjab. This dish is prepared with mustard greens(sarso saag) and is often served with makki di roti (corn flatbread) and is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

Another popular leafy green is Palak(spinach), which is widely consumed during the winter season for its unique taste and health benefits.
