Water is the basic necessity of life. But did you know that water also plays a key role in handling many lifestyle-centric health issues? As per a study titled Outcomes in Randomized Clinical Trials Testing Changes in Daily Water Intake, increased water consumption has been linked to greater weight loss compared to controls, likely due to improved metabolism and satiety. One systematic review of 18 randomized clinical trials found water intake interventions led to weight loss improvements ranging from 44% to 100% more than control groups. And then there are various ingredients readily available in Indian kitchens that can be added to plain water to boost its nutritional value. Shweta Shah, a celebrity nutritionist, recently shared a post on Instagram, where she explained four infused water for everyday health issues. Take a look.
