Ths one is ppen, intense shot of coffee and is said to be the foundation of most café culture. It is a concentrated coffee brewed by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans under high pressure.

This classic French coffee is made with equal parts brewed coffee and steamed milk. It is a classic breakfast coffee and is prepared with strong drip coffee or French press coffee blended with warm milk, resulting in a smoother, less intense flavour.
