The fiery, crispy and sweet fried chicken is a perfect treat for street food lovers. This classic Korean treat is made by marinating and deep frying the chicken pieces. This fried chicken sauce is made with a mix of garlic, red chili paste, sauce and powder, arrowroot powder, sugar, dry sherry and bell peppers, which are tossed with crispy fried chicken.
