Foods that can be prepared in air fryer

To eat without gaining weight has been on our wishlists at some point in our lives. Losing those extra kilos is way more work than it was gaining them. Thanks to the inventor of the air fryers, we can now inculcate some healthy habits into our lives and free ourselves from the guilt a little bit. You know technology is working in your favour when you can have potato fries and fried chicken without the guilt of them being fried. The air fryer works like an oven as it can roast, bake and air-fry your food and requires just 2 tablespoons of oil to cook food properly. Other than re-heating your food, here are 10 ways you can use an air fryer to cook delicious treats:

Pizza

A pizza is one of the easiest dishes that you can possibly prepare in an air-fryer. Just prepare the regular by spreading the marinara sauce and topping it with cheese and your favourite toppings. Air Fried Salmon

Oil seems to ruin a completely healthy meal and without the oil, the taste seems to not be in favour of the dish. Salmon is one of the healthiest foods to consume and when you roast it in an air fryer, the health quotient increases keeping intact the taste. Slightly run delicious seasonings all over the salmon and pop it in the air fryer to roast for 10-15 minutes.

There are so many ways to cook potatoes but when they are hot and crunchy, it adds to the flavour that the potatoes have to offer. All you would need to do is take baby potatoes and cut them half.
