Key highlights from London Fashion Week Men’s SS23

From Ahluwalia's Ode to Africa to AGR's crazy dopamine shades, here's a round up of the recently concluded London Fashion Week Men’s SS23.

2/5

Ahluwalia

Indian-Nigerian designer Priya Ahluwalia took inspiration from Africa for her latest offering at London Fashion Week SS23. It took references from Somali dress and saris worn in Kenya. There were chunky knitted sweaters and fine-gauge polos with motifs that were inspired by antique blankets from Tunisia.

3/5

Labrum

Designer Foday Dumbaya of Labrum showcased his collection titled Freedom of Movement at London Fashion Week. The collection focused on the idea of a borderless society where cultures merge due to constant migration and can happily coexist. The designer showcased slick tailoring on the runway.

4/5

Perte D’ego

Indian label Perte D’Ego made its London Fashion Week debut with its collection titled Boarding Call. The menswear showcase had printed shirts with matching pyjama, shirts with thread embroidery and summery garments to beat the heat in style.

5/5

Robyn Lynch

Dublin-born designer Robyn Lynch's collection was a colour riot. The inspiration came from the closet at her family home where she dug out a souvenir T-shirt her mom bought on a trip to Mallorca in 1983. There were colourful shorts in mustard and orange teamed with knitted tank tops and hoodies.
