Deepika Padukone's sari-gown is so pretty a bride could wear it on her wedding

Bollywood's woman of the moment, Deepika Padukone has done India proud yet again, by featuring on Time's 2018 list of 100 Most Influential People list and the lady travelled to New York to receive the honour. No prizes for guessing she looked beautiful, but we have to make a special mention of her sari-gown, that had Hollywood buzzing with interest.

The pretty actress picked up an Anamika Khanna sari-gown in ivory-white. The heavily embroidered gown had a sari-like drape attached to it and that gave her ensemble the perfect Indian touch.

Styled by Shaleena Nathani, Deepika completed her look with emerald drop earrings by Farah Khan Ali, dark lips and her signature centre-parted hair, tied into a pony. Also, she matched her nails with lip colour and the deep shade really enhanced her look.
