Mallis at a fashion summit

If you thought that only world leaders will be heading to Denmark this month to attend the Copenhagen Summit on climate change, think again. When we met Fern Mallis earlier this week in Delhi, she told us that she is heading to Copenhagen in a few days.
For the climate summit, we asked? “No,” said Mallis, adding, “I’m going to participate in the fashion summit that will take place in Copenhagen on December 9.”
Mallis is judging a contest on sustainable fashion at the summit, where fashion biggies from the world over are converging to discuss the possibility of fashion’s contribution in addressing environmental and ethical challenges.
