For the ‘Stree 2’ teaser launch

Bollywood’s forever ‘girl next door’, Shraddha Kapoor is all set to make a smashing comeback with her much-awaited horror-comedy ‘Stree 2.’ The film made under the banner Maddocks Film recently released its teaser with the film 'Munjya'. As the actress addressed her fans in Mumbai for the teaser launch event, all everyone could talk about was her floral red sari.

The hues of summer

Shraddha Kapoor was seen attending the public event in a stunning floral sari in the hues of bright red, as she looked like a walking flower. She paired a red brassiere-style blouse with a plunged neckline, having a noodle strap design that looked desi with a modern touch, and the colour was a perfect pick for the summers which stole the attention of the crowd, making it easier for the actress to be spotted.

The worth, the designer

The stunning red floral sari comes from the racks of designer Dhruv Panchal and is priced at Rs 31,500. The multi-colour floral and leaf design run all over the six-yard drape which looks beautiful on her fresh and glowing skin tone. The actress is known for her chirpy nature, and thus by opting for a bright colour she naturally dwelled in the venue and was all over the place making her fans excited with her comfort and grace.

The art of being minimalist

With this beautiful look, Shraddha Kapoor taught us that saris can be carried gracefully but with a minimal touch. The ethnic silhouette she opted for had a flowing touch which is perfect for summers letting the wind pass through with crisp pleats and a flowing pallu, she defined and added new dimensions to her elegance. Subtracting all the heavy embellishments, she thus opted for a plain matching blouse to create a stunning balance.

The right amount of makeup

Shraddha Kapoor and her stylist surely know how to bring in the drama. She simply wore round hoops with minimal jhumka grace and wore simply golden bangles with statement rings, keeping her accessory game minimal by not stealing away the look of her sari. But, she added drama to her eyes as she wore black smokey eyes with dark-kohled look, topped with blushed cheeks and peach-pink lips. The mascara with fluttery lashes added a perfect aesthetic.

Her work front

Shraddha Kapoor’s fans are eager to see the actress in the 2018 film ‘Stree’s sequel with the same name. The film also starred Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, and Abhishek Banerjee in the lead roles, and was an instant comic-hit based on a real-life folklore coming from the streets of Chanderi, a city in Madhya Pradesh. The sequel is directed by Amar Kaushik and has the same lead cast.
