One ivory saree, and infinite drama

Draped in a dreamy ivory saree which looked straight out of a modern-day fairytale, Janhvi Kapoor once again proved that nobody can do glam quite like her. The diva served ethereal beauty with a side of unapologetic glam and brought Bollywood romance back in action with Anamika Khanna’s vision. Whispering an ‘apsara’-like charm, she looked dangerously glamorous and didn’t just wear the couture but actually transformed it into an iconic fashion moment.

Janhvi sincerely ate this look

The customised ivory drape featured intricate embroidery layered over a soft sheer fabric, which created a delicate and ethereal overall look. The vision sat perfectly with the traditional Indian dressing but carried some modern elements which elevated the look beyond a conventional saree piece.

So, what was the standout feature?

The six yards of drape looked absolutely snatched because of the extended cape-style pallu, which flowed gracefully over her arms and shoulders. It came with scalloped lace detailing, where the dramatic drape added a subtle movement and texture, giving a couture-like finish. She matched its prowess with a similar-looking embroidered blouse featuring a structured sweetheart neckline detailing which complemented the softness of the drape.

Soft beauty glam completing the look

Janhvi completed the saree look with a pair of stunning jhumkas, which brought a regal old-world charm to this contemporary ensemble. Ditching a necklace or any other heavy accessories, she chose to slay with a vibrant base, long eyelashes, flushed cheeks, and soft nude-pink lips. Janhvi left her voluminous loose waves open, which framed her face beautifully and completed the look with a simple bindi.

Janhvi Kapoor is officially unstoppable

Over the years, Janhvi Kapoor has quietly built a fashion identity in Bollywood which feels rooted in tradition, but with a contemporary and equally modish charm. From handwoven sarees to body-hugging couture, she always carries a sense of effortless elegance and switches between soft feminine elegance and high-impact red carpet drama from time to time. But this angelic look is perfect for both the aesthetics and is a literal proof of her chameleon fashion sense.
