We spot young Hollywood actors adding a cool semi-casual tinge to their red carpet ensemble
Take a good look at what the Hollywood young guns are sporting at red carpet events off late. Without letting go of the conventional black coats, tuxedos, and blazers, which’ve been all-time favourites, there is a fine semi-casual touch to their ensembles. Here’s how some of the hotties added a cool sex appeal to their staid black and white look.
- At the red carpet event of his film Killers, Ashton Kutcher came dressed in a steel grey suit but kept a black neckpiece with a pendant dangling around his neck.

Letting his shirt show a bit of his chest, the little ‘charm’ added to his cool attitude.
- Actor Dev Patel was seen sporting an off-white coat with a nice pair of black pants. No bow tie to go with it though, Dev casually kept his coat buttons open. Unbuttoning his top two buttons of the semi-formal shirt inside added a youthful appeal to the Slumdog Millionaire star.
- Robert Pattinson looked suave with his out-of-bed hairstyle and an attire which says a lot about his ‘I don't care’ attitude. Quite a hit with fans, he walked on the red carpet with his white shirt untucked in black trousers and a grey blazer tossed casually over.
- Jackson Rathbone at The Last Airbender premiere was dressed to kill with a blue tie and a white edged coat. But pay attention to his baggy pants. They say, fashion
is all about comfort and Jackson seems to have taken that rather seriously.
- Hearththrob Leonardo DiCaprio, while promoting his previous film Shutter Island, played it safe with the colours. A black suit with white shirt, looked absolutely bang-on at the red carpet. He added a dash of attitude by going sans a tie or bow and keeping his shirt buttons open.
