Five beauty tips to prevent acne

According to skin experts acne is caused due to different factors including the skin producing too much oil, which clogs pores, dead skin cells buildup, which has the same effect, presence of bacteria in the pores and inflammation of the skin. Here’s how you can prevent it.

2/6

WASH YOUR FACE TWICE DAILY

Use a mild cleanser and warm water twice daily. Avoid overdoing it because that can dry your skin, aggregating the acne if already there.

3/6

CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT TOUCHES YOUR FACE

Make sure to clean surfaces that your face comes in contact with on a regular basis. This list includes pillows, windows, make-up brushes and your phone screen.

4/6

AVOID SCRUBS AND SPONGES

If your skin is prone to acne, avoid scrubs or using a sponge on it as it will only aggravate the condition.

5/6

MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS CLEAN

Regularly wash your hair, to ensure you get rid of any excess oil on it. Also ensure that the products such as hair gels and sprays do not come in direct contact with your face as they can cause breakouts.

6/6

WEAR OIL-FREE SUNSCREEN BEFORE STEPPING OUT

It’s important to protect your skin from the direct exposure to the sun. However, make sure to pick a sunscreen which is oil-free. As excessive oil on the skin can lead to an acne breakout.

Girls - just use turmeric powder nothing else is needed, no face pack no face Cream... For boys wash your face regularly every couple of hours.
