BANGALORE: Some of the US-based top executives of Indian IT and BPO firms are boycotting the fund-raising dinner parties for John Kerry, the ''BPO party spoiler''. Indian IT diaspora is extending their non-cooperation to democratic party''s Kerry, a frontrunner in the presidential election, due to his anti-outsourcing stand.
"I sent a stinker to the invite for a fund-raising dinner party for Kerry in California ," said CEO of a leading IT company.
"Kerry is trying to spoil the BPO party with his election rhetorics. He must understand that outsourcing makes the US corporates competitive," said director of another IT firm.
In the US , supporters of the presidential candidates organise fund-raising parties.
