ARARIA: A local court on Friday reserved till September 1, 2004, its order on Bihar government's petition for withdrawal of a criminal case against Union minister of state for Civil Supplies and RJD leader Mohammed Taslimuddin.

ARARIA: A local court on Fridayreserved till September 1, 2004, its order on Bihar government''s petition forwithdrawal of a criminal case against Union minister of state for Civil Suppliesand RJD leader Mohammed Taslimuddin.First class judicial magistrateK K Singh reserved his order on conclusion of the arguements by publicprosecutor K B Yadav and senior advocate D N Jha who appeared on behalf of theAraria district BJP president Chandra Shekhar Singh, seeking to become anintervenor in the case. Jha had challenged the state government''sdecision to withdraw the case against Taslimuddin.The court wouldalso decide as to whether the BJP leader be allowed to become intervenor in thecase.The court had earlier stayed the execution of warrant forproperty attachment against Taslimuddin.
