Edappadi K Palaniswami was ready to extend unconditional support to TVK to help it form the govt, and discussions were underway between the two sides.

Sources said communication between AIADMK and TVK began early Tuesday, with senior leaders discussing a possible post-poll arrangement as Vijay fell short of a majority.
