Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated Saturday "Aditya", a dedicated high-speed rail manufacturing complex at BEML Limited's Tippasandra campus in Bengaluru. The facility is built to produce B-28 trainsets, backbone of India's indigenous high-speed programme.
