AHMEDABAD: Gujarat Police has issued summons to a senior doctor of the Millennium Hospital in Delhi after the toxicology report of Sajal Jain, prime accused in the Bijal Joshi rape case, revealed no trace of poison.

AHMEDABAD: Gujarat Police has issued summons to a senior doctor of the Millennium Hospital in Delhi after the toxicology report of Sajal Jain, prime accused in the Bijal Joshi rape case, revealed no trace of poison.
Hospital director Dr J S Gambhir had informed the police that Jain’s condition was "critical" and he was being treated at the ICU for "some sort of poisoning" after the allegations of rape surfaced.

The toxicology tests conducted by State Forensic Laboratory on blood samples of Jain taken from the Millennium Hospital did not reveal any sign of poisoning.
