NEW DELHI: Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sonia Gandhi was admitted to a Delhi hospital, news agency PTI reported citing sources on Tuesday.According to sources, Sonia was brought to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on Monday evening as she is suffering from chronic cough. Hospital sources added that the Congress veteran is doing fine and has been kept under observation of a chest physician.

"It is a routine admission, but she has this problem of chronic cough, and she keeps coming for check-ups, especially with this pollution in the city," a hospital source told PTI.Sonia had turned 79 in December 2025(This is a developing story)
