Raje to take legal action

JAIPUR: The Vasundhara Raje cabinet at an emergency meeting on Tuesday decided to take "constitutional and legal" measures to protect the interest of the state against the Punjab Termination of Agreements Bill.

JAIPUR: The Vasundhara Raje cabinet at an emergency meeting on Tuesday decided to take "constitutional and legal" measures to protect the interest of the state against the Punjab Termination of Agreements Bill.
The cabinet decided to take tough measures by using all the Constitutional and legal means. Immediately after the cabinet meeting, irrigation minister Sanwar Lal Jat said the state would not allow even a drop of its share of water to be stopped by Punjab.
It also decided to ask the Prime Minister to intervene.
