No plan yet to vaccinate the bed-ridden

S Rao, another Mumbai resident, shared a similar concern about his maternal uncle and aunt. “They are in their mid- and late-80s. Both are too fragile to come to a vaccination centre. said they were in a quandary about a friend’s wife who has recently undergone knee surgery. “We’ve got an appointment for her in a hospital on Tuesday but we’re not sure how to bring her from Malad,” he said. A senior state official said the issue of bedridden patients hasn’t been discussed yet. “Probably after the initial rush, we may look into it,” he said.
