Jumbo rallies mark penultimate day of the nominations phase in Rayalaseema districts

TIRUPATI: The ruling YSRCP and the TDP candidates in the poll fray took out jumbo rallies on the penultimate day of the nominations phase across the Rayalaseema and Nellore districts on Wednesday.

Deputy Chief minister SB Amzath Basha (YSRCP) filed nomination at the Kadapa assembly seat. Ex TDP MLC Mareddy Ravindra Reddy (B Tech Ravi) filed nomination at the Pulivendula assembly constituency. He will be contesting against AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. BJP's Bojja Roshanna filed nomination at the Badvel constituency.

In Chittoor district, TDP candidate for Chittoor parliament Daggumalla Prasad Rao filed his nomination after taking out a massive rally at the constituency headquarters on Wednesday. YSRCP's MC Vijayananda Reddy filed nomination at the Chittoor assembly. TDP's Gali Bhanu Prakash filed nomination at the Nagari assembly.

TDP candidate for Kurnool assembly TG Bharat filed nomination on Wednesday. YSRCP's BY Ramaiah filed nomination for the Kurnool parliament constituency.

In Anantapur district, YSRCP's Malagundla Sankara Narayana filed nomination for the Anantapur parliament seat.

Mekapati Vikram Reddy (YSRCP) filed nomination at the Atmakur assembly seat. Ex TDP minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy and his daughter in law Shruti Reddy filed nomination at the Sarvepalli constituency.
