The Ripple (XRP) price tanked after it reached a five-year peak of $2.83. However, a decline was already on the cards as Ripple’s 400% monthly pump was hardly sustainable without retests of previous resistance levels. At the time of writing, Ripple sells for $2.15 with a 10.5% intraday decrease and a 58% surge in trading volume, with roughly $21.5 billion worth of XRP changing hands in the last 24 hours.
