Bissel and Dutta had been issued summons to appear before the crime branch three days ago. A reminder was also sent.

The voyeurism case was filed against Fabindia, Candolim, staff after the union HRD minister during her visit to the outlet on Good Friday, alleged that it had a CCTV camera focusing at the trial room. The complaint was filed by Calangute MLA Michael Lobo (BJP).
Four staffers arrested on the first day itself were released on bail after the court pulled up the Calangute police for the "arbitrary" arrests.
