Addressing a rally in Jangpura, Kejriwal urged voters to choose AAP for zero electricity bills and warned that the BJP would end subsidies if they come to power. He promised that under AAP, Jangpura residents would have direct access to government officials, with the ability to resolve issues swiftly.
