A local court on Wednesday framed charges against three Chinese nationals, including a woman, for entering India illegally.

BAHRAICH: A local court on Wednesday framed charges against three Chinese nationals, including a woman, for entering India illegally.
After framing of the charges, chief judicial magistrate (CJM), Bahraich, Satya Prakash Dwivedi fixed April 20 as the next date of hearing in the case.
Earlier, Liao Xing, Yu Dangli and Yang Liu, a woman, all lodged in Lucknow jail were produced before the court.

The three were arrested near the Rupaidiha Check post on Indo-Nepal border on January 17 this year on charges of entering India without valid papers.
They were also charged with taking pictures of some vital installations. The Chinese were booked under various sections of the Foreigners Act and the Passport Act.
