LUCKNOW: While Agra limped back to normalcy on Thursday, 13 police personnel including an additional superintendent of police, were suspended for negligence while on duty. Curfew was relaxed in phases in all the six police circles where prohibitory orders were issued after violence broke out on Wednesday morning.
