Not only OUNE. This should be applicable to entire country. No individual is entitled to use public roads to ark their private vehicles even for load / unload. Similarly, no individual has any right to use public roads for private use such as shop extension, vending, operating two wheeler repair shops or illegal occupation. Left to ourselves, we will never show the discipline and civic sense. This is peculiar to Indians irrespective of religious faith. Give one month moratorium for all to find private space where they pay and use for parking shopping, loading / unloading and sleeping. During this one month allow private players to create PAID PARKING space. From then on, any vehicle found parked on road must be taken away by police and returned only after stiff fine. Likewise any road indiscipline including lane cutting must be punished with hefty fine. USe the money thus recovered from road users for road improvement. FEAR IS THE KEY. LENIENCY IS IMPOTENCE

First of all, the SC needs to clean up its act and get serious on the implementation of its 2010 judgement which states that building parking falls under the description of common areas and are not saleable. CHS's continue to flout the judgement and nobody seems to care. With such a lackadaisical attitude towards important causes that impact every citizen of this country, is it any wonder that nothing gets done in here?

All civil authorities PCB, KCB, PMC, PCMC etc. should provide ample parking separately for two wheeler and cars in all busy areas with a nominal fee, because citizens already pay their taxes (vehicle tax, road tax, property tax all like..). Therefore citizen should not be penalized more on this aspect. More over road side parking also should be renovated properly to ease a proper parking and proper facilities, failing to provide proper facility to citizens no fees should be charged.
