How much is the IELTS exam fee?
IELTS, the International English Language Testing System, is the world's most popular high stakes English language test. Over 10,000 organisations accept IELTS score as a proof of English. In India, IELTS can be taken at over forty locations.
The IELTS Test is jointly owned by the University of Cambridge English Language Assessment, The British Council and IDP IELTS Australia, who are referred to as the "Test Partners".
The Computer-delivered IELTS test dates are available up to seven days a week, three times a day - morning, afternoon and evening. Now a candidate can opt for a date and time as per his/her own convenience.
In order to complete your IELTS test registration, you need to pay an amount of Rs 13,250/-.
Additional TRF postage charges per TRF • Rs 400/- (inclusive of all taxes) dispatched by Registered Post to the organization requested by the candidate.
• Rs 1500/-(inclusive of all taxes) dispatched by Courier to the organization requested by the candidate.
Candidate will only receive one copy of his/her Test Report Form (TRF), unless he/she is applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) - in these cases, candidate can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided by the candidates.
If a candidate requests for Transfer of Test Dates then an administrative charge of Rs 3,300 will have to be borne by the candidate.
IELTS test fee can be paid by using the following modes:
Payment can be made by Credit Card/Debit Card or through demand draft or direct cash deposit at an authorised bank using customized pay-in slip. It is mandatory to attach the original customer copy of the deposit slip along with the IELTS application form.
