Fullstack Engineers have been offered a 20–35% hike this year.

Data Engineers/Data Analytics professionals have been offered a salary hike of 20-30% this year as opposed to the candidate’s expectation of a 25-40% hike, as per the report.

Fronted Engineers have been offered a salary hike of 15-35% by employers this year.

SRE/DevOps have been offered a hike of 20-30% by employers this year as opposed to the candidate’s expectation of a 25-40% hike.

Data Scientists have also been offered a hike of 20-30% by employers this year.

According to the report, Backend Engineers have been offered a salary hike of 15-35% this year.
