Obi-Wan Kenobi is coming to Fortnite

Those of you who have been keeping a tab on the upcoming Star Wars content know that Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen will be back soon on the screen as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader. A rematch is in order. Master versus apprentice. Light versus Dark. Jedi Master versus Sith Lord. And with all the nostalgia that would hit the Star Wars generation that grew up on the prequel trilogy, only amplified by the Duel of the Fates soundtrack in the recent Obi-Wan Kenobi trailer, the anticipation, the hype is back. The six-part limited TV series Obi-Wan Kenobi is releasing on May 27 and to commemorate one of the most loved characters from the sci-fi franchise, Fortnite is also going to add an Obi-Wan Kenobi cosmetic bundle to the game this week, on May 27 at 5.30AM IST.

The Obi-Wan Kenobi Bundle includes the Desert Essentials Back Bling, Obi-Wan's blade pickaxe, the Jedi Interceptor Glider, Obi-Wan’s Message Emote and a themed loading screen called ‘Kenobi, Surrounded Loading Screen’. In case you just want to go with the Jedi Master skin, that is possible too as the Obi-Wan skin can be purchased individually. The same is true for all the other items in the bundle.

In case you kept a track on the Fortnite announcements, you had your chance to earn the Obi-Wan skin and Back Bling before the official launch in the Obi-Wan Kenobi duos Cup.

As for Obi-Wan and Vader, we know that something unusual may be waiting for us if these two face each other in the limited series after the events at Mustafar.
