Glassdoor has announced the winners of its annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work 2024 in the US. This is the 16th edition of the annual workplace awards. Like in the past many years, the rankings are not dominated by technology companies. The widespread job cuts across the sector seem to have affected the sentiment. Work-life balance gained importance for many employees last year — mentions of “anxiety” in posts on Glassdoor’s community sites shot up fourfold — but factors such as career opportunities traditionally carry more weight. Here are the top 10 Tech Workplaces in the list.

At No 1 position is AI chip giant Nvidia. Chipmaker Nvidia's products underpin the booming artificial intelligence industry and the company has seen its valuation jump by over 100% in the last one year.

At No. 2 is ServiceNow. Santa Clara-based ServiceNow develops a cloud computing platform to help companies manage digital workflows for enterprise operations.

At No. 3 is MathWorks. It is a privately-held corporation that specializes in mathematical computing software. Its major products include MATLAB and Simulink, which support data analysis and simulation.
