Bahukrita Vesham Movie Review : A romantic thriller which fails to make an impact

Plot: Nakshatra, an orphan, lands in Bengaluru in search of a job. Atishay helps her find it. Do they remain just friends, or will they take their relationship to the next level?

Review: Bahukrita Vesham is all about the life of Nakshatra and Athishay, who work in the same IT office. Good at heart, Atishay always helps people which makes him lovable. The duo confess their love for each other and everything is going smoothly till Arya, son of a business tycoon, leaves no stone unturned to disturb their peace.

When both Atishay and Nakshatra decide to get married, they go through the toughest time in their lives as Atishay suffers from hallucinations. Nakshatra tries her best to tackle his problems so that they can lead a peaceful life.

The first half of the movie falls flat as it fails to evoke any interest. It is only in the later part that the story gathers pace, with enough twists and turns. There are also some thriller and revenge elements which engage, but at the fag end.

The conventional treatment meted out to the subject is one of the flaws of the movie. The storyline, revolving around Nakshatra and Athishay, doesn't make the right impact. However, Vaishnavi Gowda deserves credit for her performance in dual shades.
