The actress, who appears as covergirl for Elle’s Summer 2026 edition, also sat down for an intervew, where she shared her honest thoughts about collaborating with Holland on both films.Zendaya on watching Tom Holland on sets of 'The Odyssey'While setting the record straight and revealing that she doesnt share any scenes with Tom, she admitted that while watching the actor perform, "I could have cried, I was so proud."Zendaya on working with Tom Holland on 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day'Addressing their time together on the 'Spider-Man' sets, she added, "And then Spider-Man was a dream; I get to go to work every day with my best friend, the person that I love. We bring our dogs to work; it’s like a family affair. We grew up on those movies! Reflecting on playing the part for the mythological epic, she said, "How much we lean into dehumanising other people - that breaks my heart, that’s something I can’t get down with. Because I just feel we have a tendency to not see other people as human beings worthy of safety, of joy, of the same things that we’re also worthy of."As per Elle, Zendaya portrays Athena, the goddess of wisdom and of war. In the film, she serves as a guide and protector of Odysseus during his travels.Zendaya on marriage buzzWhen asked about the speculation surrounding a gold band seen on her ring finger and the buzz about tying the knot with Tom. "No, I’m not going to do that," she said when asked if she would clarify the rumours. “They’re always searching for something.”The actress, who will be 30 soon, alsa admitted that she still feels youthful despite her growing experience in Hollywood. "I think I do have wisdom to offer, but I also do still feel like a f****ing kid. Like what the f**k, I’m about to be 30? I still feel like a child inside."
