In its new World's Wealthiest Cities Report 2025, international investment migration company Henley & Partners has published the names of the urban centres that have the highest number of millionaires, centi-millionaires (with a net worth over $100 million), and billionaires. This list is determined through top-level wealth data compiled by global wealth tracker New World Wealth. The report showcases how wealth is concentrated in world centers that dominate finance, technology, industry, and luxury property, but also mirrors changing global economic trends. Here's an overview of the 10 richest cities in 2025, as per the Henley Report:

The global capital of wealth, NYC, has 384,500 millionaires, 818 centi-millionaires, and 66 billionaires, driven by finance, technology, and luxury industries.

Home to 305,700 millionaires, the Bay Area has nearly doubled its wealth base in a decade, led by tech giants and venture capital.

Asia’s wealth leader with 298,300 millionaires, Tokyo remains a stable financial and industrial powerhouse with strong global ties.

With 244,800 millionaires and 30 billionaires, Singapore has become an attractive hub for worldwide investors and entrepreneurs due to its tax-conducive atmosphere.

LA blends entertainment, media, and business prowess to accommodate 212,100 millionaires, 516 centi-millionaires, and 43 billionaires.

In spite of a 15% decline over the last ten years, London still boasts 227,000 millionaires, the best wealth center in Europe.

Mainland Europe's richest city, Paris boasts 165,000 millionaires, fueled by fashion, finance, and luxury real estate industries.

India's richest city, Mumbai, has 58,800 millionaires, 236 centi-millionaires, and 29 billionaires, with a growth in millionaire numbers by 92% over ten years.

Delhi, with 30,700 millionaires and 16 billionaires, has witnessed double-digit growth in wealth at high levels and is now an emerging economic hub.
