Bengaluru man ‘hires AI’ to find a house; internet says this is genius

For many people, it almost feels like a second job.But one product designer found a smarter way to deal with it, and people online are now talking about it.Sunal Sood shared on X how he used an AI tool called Comet to make house hunting easier. Instead of doing everything himself, he established a system that could handle most of the tedious, repetitive work. He wrote, “House hunting in Bangalore is a full-time job. So I hired an AI. My workflow and how it helped me, save it so you can try it out.”What he did was pretty simple but effective.The AI kept checking multiple Facebook groups at the same time for new flat listings. It only picked “no brokerage” options and focused on recent posts.It also filtered out spam, fake listings, and anything that wasn’t useful, so he didn’t have to waste time on them.On top of that, it even calculated travel time from each flat to places he visits often, which made things more practical.And instead of scattered information, everything was put together neatly with contact details, so he could just click and reach out.Because of all this, he didn’t have to check hundreds of options. He went from around 20 leads to just 4 flat visits before finalizing his home.Once he shared this, the post started getting a lot of attention.
