Actor Akhil Akkineni of the legendary Akkineni family is preparing to tie the knot with Zainab Ravdjee. The festivities kicked off with a vibrant baraat ceremony in Hyderabad, attended by close family, friends, and several prominent figures from the film industry.

Ram Charan made a stylish entrance sporting his signature long hair look from his upcoming film 'Peddi'. Dressed in an elegant all-white traditional outfit, Ram Charan was accompanied by his wife, Upasana Kamineni, who looked stunning in a beautiful saree. The couple's affectionate moment as Ram Charan helped Upasana out of the car and held her hand while entering the venue caught the attention of many.

Akhil’s half-brother, Naga Chaitanya, was also actively involved in the celebrations. He looked dashing in a gold-toned sherwani, perfectly complementing the festive mood. His wife, Sobhita Dhulipala, added grace to the occasion in a pastel silk saree paired with a rust-colored full-sleeve blouse and a designer purse, completing her elegant look.

Inside pictures from the pre-wedding ceremony have quickly gone viral on social media with the groom-to-be Akhil Akkineni in a striking black sherwani adorned with white prints, radiating charm and confidence. Nagarjuna Akkineni, the family patriarch, was seen mingling with guests in a simple yet stylish green shirt and trousers.

Last year, Naga Chaitanya got married to Shobita Dhulipala in December 2024 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Their wedding was a traditional ceremony attended by close family and friends. Before their wedding, Nagarjuna, his father also shared the news on social media, warmly welcoming Zainab into the family and expressing his joy over this new chapter in Akhil's life.

In his post, Akhil expressed his happiness, stating that he had "found his forever" with Zainab. Zainab Ravdjee comes from a prominent family; she is the daughter of Zulfi Ravdjee, a well-known figure in the construction industry with over 30 years of experience. On the work front, Ram Charan was last seen in Shankar's 'Game Changer'.
