​For Kichcha Sudeep's power-packed performance

Kichcha Sudeep one of the finest actors in the industry has never failed to amaze us with his power-packed acting and phenomenal screen presence. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that no other actor could bring Vikrant Rona, the film’s protagonist, to life as masterfully as Sudeep does. What a performance! He stole the show as he ruled it. His acting was par excellence in the movie.

​Strong supporting cast

Sudeep’s remarkable performance and character are backed by an equally memorable ensemble of strong supporting characters. Ravishankar Gowda, Madhusudan Rao, Vasuki Vaibhav, Siddu Moolimani, Chitkala Birada and Ramesh Kukkuvalli offer excellent support. Neetha Ashok is pleasing to watch on screen.

​Anup Bhandari's narration

Director Anup Bhandari is back with a bang. The balance he strikes between narrating an extremely unique subject in a commercial, entertaining manner, sans any preachiness whatsoever is admirable. The first half of Vikrant Rona has been written and directed wonderfully. It’s a perfect package; there’s comedy, drama, action, and romance.

​Ajaneesh Loknath's thumping music

The best element of the movie is the music composed by Ajaneesh Loknath. All the songs in the film are just amazing. Even the background score given by him is awesome. His mesmerising music takes the movie forward in a flow. The songs are undoubtedly one of the highlights of the film, and a special mention to Ramajogayya Sastry for his lyrics.

​Visual wonder

The film is made on a budget of Rs 80 crore by Kichcha Creations, Shalini Arts and Invenio Films India, making it one of the most expensive films in India. Made in the 3D format, director Anup Bhandari dedicated over two years to the making of this film, along with countless other technicians working on the VFX effects. The film is worth a watch for being a grand visual spectacle.

As we mentioned, the music and background score by Ajaneesh Loknath is top-notch, with Jacqueline Fernandez’s item song, Ra Ra Rakkamma, being the highlight. The dance number has got everyone grooving to its tune.
