The director posted a note on social media to explain how the meaning of Uma Sahitha Maheshwara is a person who’s soft-hearted with gentle behaviour. And since the lead character in the film possesses these qualities, he is named Uma Maheshwararao. Maha wrote, “The movie is the story of a humble and local

. What happens when he gets furious due to an incident is what the story is all about.”


Explaining further, he added, “The meaning of Ugya Roopasya in Sanksrit is a person who is super angry. So, the film will show the consequences of a light-hearted person’s anger.” The film is an official remake of the Malayalam film Maheshinte Pratikaaram. Satya Dev is reprising the role

Fahad Faasil

played in the original, with the story now set in

Araku

instead of Idukki. Naresh will play a key role in the film that will hit screens on April 17.
