Mohan Raja, the Power Star’s official channels have clarified that no new commitments have been signed at this time. Most notably, the team provided a tantalizing update on the highly anticipated sequel, 'OG 2,' noting that fans can expect news directly from Pawan Kalyan himself when the timing is right.

Pawan Kalyan’s creative team shared a message on their social media handle X (formerly Twitter), stating that he has not signed any new movies. They also mentioned that there are no plans to start any new films soon. The team wrote, “As of now, Sri Pawan Kalyan garu has not taken up any new film commitments. Speculations about ongoing projects are not accurate. At present, there are no immediate plans to commence new films.”
They further mentioned that any update regarding his future commitments will be communicated officially. “Any developments will be communicated through official channels when ready,” they added.
Update of ‘They Call Him OG 2’
Additionally, there has been much talk about ‘OG 2’, the sequel to ‘They Call Him OG’. Fans have been waiting for news, and the team also shared information about it. They said any update will come only from the actor himself. “With regard to OG 2, any update will be shared by him personally at the right time!,” they wrote.

The movie releasing alongside Aditya Dhar’s juggernaut, made a respectable worldwide gross of Rs 83.47 crore and Rs 73.35 crore in India, according to trade analyst Sacnilk. The movie collected over Rs 34.75 crore during its premiere and Rs 9 crore on day 1, respectively. Later on the weekend, it added Rs 9.05 crore and Rs 7.50 crore.
